I am writing to request a replacement with a new Nokia 150 handset, as the device is not functioning correctly despite troubleshooting.The phone is not recognizing the SIM card, and all incoming and outgoing calls are going to emergency calls only, rendering the device unusable.Since the device is under warranty, I kindly request you to initiate the replacement process at the earliest.
