Worst product and worst service ever!
Worst product and worst service ever!I purchased this product from Amazon in September, and now it has completely stopped working — there is no network at all. When I tried to claim the warranty, there is no option available on Amazon.The seller, Clicktech Retail, is also not available at the given location, which makes the situation even worse.On top of that, it is impossible to reach Amazon customer support through phone calls. Their customer service is extremely poor and irresponsible.This experience clearly shows how careless and unreliable Amazon has become. I strongly feel cheated.I will never buy anything from Amazon again. With this kind of attitude, Flipkart is a much better option.Highly disappointed. Do not trust Amazon.

Great battery Feature Phone
Give to my grandpa, phone quality is feel good , battery is 10+ day . Working on 2G V! . Good display. Only thing they can add is frequently contact list shortcut, specially for old people. They can easily find 10 contact list because they can’t remember speed dial.

There was no network detected with SIM 1 and 2 therefore requested for replacement and received it.Replaced device is working so far. Good 2.8 inch display, font size, value for money and ease of use.It would be better if charging port was USB type C instead of micro USB.
